What is your booking policy?
Skinnovations Wellness Spa & Salon reserves the right to charge 50% or 100% of the booked service at the time of appointment scheduling if there has been a prior violation of our "Cancellation Policy."

What is your policy on Rescheduling and Cancellations?
Please give us 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.  Those who do not provide 24 hours notice will be asked to provide a credit card at the time of booking for their next appointment.  (Your card will be charged for 100% of the service.)

What forms of payment do you accept?
Skinnovations Wellness Spa & Salon accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What is your Refund Policy?
We do not provide refunds or exchanges on used products. However, if the product is defective in some way please bring it to our attention so that we may get you a replacement.

What is your Waxing Service Policy?
Skinnovations cares about you, your health and the integrity of your
skin. Because we care, we will not be able to perform treatment on
you if you are actively using: Retin A, Differin, Accutane,
Alphahydroxy or Any Other Similar Exfoliant.

Do you work Evenings and Weekends?

Skinnovations spa studio does work some evening and weekends.
Please call us and let us know what your preferences are and we
will work with you to find something that will fit your schedule
and ours.
